YOGA ASANAS FOR GLOWING SKIN

 1.PASCHIMOTTANASANA OR SITTING FORWARD BEND POSE

Steps to do;


  • Sit down and stretch out your legs in front of you.
  • Place both your palms on your thighs.
  • Inhale and bend forward and try to hold your toes.
  • Exhale and remain in the pose for 10 seconds.
  • Come back to the seating position

 

2.DHANURASANA OR BOW POSE

 

This pose gives stress to your abdominal region. It helps in reducing your belly fat thereby giving you nice skin. This super stretching pose also gives your skin a glow and radiance.

Steps to do;

  • Lie down with your back to the ceiling and your face to the floor.
  • Keep your arms by your side and your palms facing the ceiling.
  • Lift your legs off the ground and grab your ankles with your hands.
  • Return to the lying position.

3.MATSYASANA OR FISH POSE

 

This is the easiest yoga pose which even a beginner can practice. This pose improves your blood circulation to your head thereby giving you a healthy glow. It also helps to fight indigestion.

Steps to do;

  • Sit in a padmasana yoga pose.
  • Slowly bend backward and place your head on the ground.
  • As you touch the ground with the top of your head lift your chest upwards.
  • Hold the pose for a few seconds.

 

4.UTTANASANA OR FORWARD BENDING POSE

 

This is a bit of a difficult yoga pose for beginners. But with practice, we could do it. It makes your skin shining and glowing by increasing the blood circulation to your face.

Steps to do;


  • Stand straight keeping your hands by your side.
  • Bend forward and try to push your head to your legs by placing your palms on the side.
  • Ensure your back and legs are straight.
  • Repeat a few more times.
